Hawk's Crawfish Restaurant is a beloved, family-owned destination operated by Anthony and Jennifer Arceneaux, carrying on a rich cajun tradition that dates back to 1983. Known far and wide for serving some of the best purged boiled crawfish in Louisiana, Hawk’s has built its reputation on quality, flavor, and authenticity. Tucked away deep in the woods and off the beaten path, this hidden gem offers an experience as memorable as its food. What sets Hawk’s apart is its meticulous purging process, which ensures their crawfish are exceptionally clean—earning a reputation for having some of the cleanest crawfish anywhere.
